In comparison with other anti cellulite massagers this one does its job. The suction is very good, and i see improvement (I use maximum speed and maximum suction, cause light level would not work for me). As for device itself I give 5 stars, but I'm not agree with instructions how to use cream. The massager doesn't work without cream indeed, as the surface of the skin should be slippery,but the machine suck it out of from the surface of the skin, and I have to put cream again and again, what a waste of product and money! I decided to put baby oil, work with the machine, and after I put cream. This way i get even better results, the machine slips better. But this is just my own experience. And of course I agree, without diet and proper exercises none massager is going to really help. By the way, regarding excersises, I may suggest really good DVD to fight cellulite, that I use myself along with the massage, it is "Lower Body Workout" from Ballet Body by Leah Sarago you can find...
